Carrie Nerney - Area Lettings Director

Carrie first joined the company in 2001, celebrating over a decade with Henderson Connellan. She now heads up the very busy property management division in Kettering which was established in 1993 . Carrie's ability to multi task is legendary and we are sure this derives from bringing up three children including twins. Even so she still managed to complete the 3 peaks 24 hour challenge climbing Ben Nevis, then Scafell Pike through the night and finishing on Snowdon.

Carrie will be able to help you with any Property management queries you may have.

Laura joined the rentals team in 2015 bringing with her not only a great personality but also giving outstanding customer service to our tenants, landlords and contractors whilst dealing with the tough job of maintenance. She has lived in Kettering all of her life and her passion is her son Luca.

James Smith - Director

Introducing James Smith the man behind Henderson Connellan,Kettering. James began his career in estate agency as a 'Saturday lad' in1992 when he was 17 years old. He started his full time career working for RCI in Kettering, later joining Henderson Connellan in 1999 as a negotiator.James in now Director of our Kettering branch and works with a highly experienced team of professionals, all dedicated to providing outstanding service.

James lives in Loddington with his wife and 3 children. Mad for Formula 1 and the Mercedes team James has 'slowed' his driving since the arrival of child seats!

Sarah Smith - Director

Everything to do with finance comes via our financial wizard, Sarah, which is very important when it comes to accurate accounting for our Landlords and Tenants. Sarah joined Henderson Connellan in 2007 from a background in corporate finance within the banking sector. So a depth of experience and efficiency is prevalent in everything she does.

Out of work Sarah tells us that her family of husband and three children are her all consuming passion, besides which tinkling the ivories and watching a good rugger match ticks the boxes. Favourite restaurant - Wainwrights, Lake District.

Jessica Deacon - Associate Director

Jessica joined Henderson Connellan in 2013. Jessica has a strong property background having studied Property, Agency and Surveying at Cirencester. Furthermore, she has worked within the property industry since 2004 so Jessica brings a wealth of experience and diversity to the team. Jessica's unique and effective approach to estate agency will ensure you will find the perfect home or investment.

Sam Shackleton - Associate Director

Sam joined Henderson Connellan in the summer of 2015, having lived in Kettering all his life. His local knowledge is second to none, which comes in handy when navigating Kettering traffic en route to appointments. With previous experience of both Residential Sales and Lettings, Sam initially worked in our lettings department before joining the sales team. Sam also produces our brochures, floorplans and inspiring headlines and story captions - where his imagination can run riot!!
