    Richard Longhurst
    Richard is the Partner in charge of our Residential Sales office in Chichester. Richard was made a Partner at Henry Adams in October 2012 and is now overseeing Chichester having been the manager of Middleton on Sea for the last 10 years. Born and bred in Chichester, Richard has been in the industry for 20 plus years and enjoys the variety of overseeing such a busy office. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and children at the beach and being Chairman of Bognor Regis Golf Club in Felpham.

    Steve grew up in Chichester where he attended the Chichester High School for Boys. His career in estate agency began in 1982 in Hampshire and brought him to West Sussex in 1990. When not at work, spends her spare time with her horse or wishing she was on a ski slope somewhere.
