    Nicholas Hapgood - Head of Residential Sales
    Nick has spent the majority of working life in estate agency; predominately in Horsham but also within other areas throughout Sussex and Surrey. He lives with his wife and young daughters in Horsham and has a strong passion for the local area, schools and amenities but also property and cars.     Will boasts a fantastic career in the industry, having worked in property for 20 years since starting his career as a trainee negotiator back in 2004.     Will joined the Horsham Sales team in 2024 as our dedicated Sales Negotiator. Will has lived in Horsham since the age of 3, meaning he is on hand to provide helpful advice on all things Horsham and what makes living in the town so special. In his role as Sales Negotiator, Will is one of the key point of contacts for our purchasers during the initial stages of their property search, helping to match applicants with their dream new property and then guide them through the conveyancing process to the day that they pick up the keys. Will's favourite part of the role is building good relationships with clients and with those he works with in the office. At the weekend, Will loves watching F1 races and can usually be found watching any basketball game he can find.
