The Lettings team

    Letting your property is a very complex business, and it takes a lot of experience and knowledge to be able to guide you through the maze of legislation that is landlord and tenant law. Its therefore vitally important that when choosing a letting agent you choose one who knows what they are doing, that are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and also hold professional indemnity insurance and Client Money Protection to give you the Landlord complete peace of mind.
    We feel that our Letting's team is one of the best in the area! A strong statement to make, but it's true. One of the best qualified and experienced teams in the area - not many of our competitors can match that.  
    The department is headed up by Lettings Director Cathy Provenzano, MARLA, DipRLM, who has over 20 years of experience in the Lettings profession. As a very determined individual she has worked her way up from the bottom to the top of the profession. Cathy previous lettings business of 11 years merged with Heritage in 2009 to enable us to give our clients the complete service for the letting and managing of property.

    Clevedon Lettings
    Clevedon Lettings office is run by Helen Stuckes, MARLA, DipRLM, with over 8 years experience of letting properties in the North Somerset area, there is little she can't tell you about letting property in the local area.

    Our Portishead Lettings office is run by Samantha Dobson, MARLA. Sam has spent most of her life in the lettings profession, and comes from a family of landlords. She has extensive experience in both Wales and North Somerset and has worked for Heritage for over 4 years

    Our Property Management Department is run by Leanne Cotterell, MARLA, what she doesn't know about the area and our client is not worth knowing. Leanne has also had the advantage of having run our Sales Progression Department which has given her a fantastic insight into property. Leanne has been a member of the Heritage team for almost 10 years.
