    Heritage Property is a family owned and run business with much of its success being built on the fact that it is principally led. We think that Honesty is the key and believe that this is why so much of our business comes through personal recommendation.

     Although the brand of Heritage Property was born in 1994 as Heritage, "The Property Professionals", it was not until the merger with Complete Property Management (CPM) in 2001 that the Company really started to challenge as a market leader.

    CPM was a new letting agency started by husband and wife team, Richard & Jane Hill in June 1999 with the help of a Princes Trust Loan. As sole Director's they remain the driving force of Heritage Property today and the company has grown to become one of the largest independent letting and estate agents in South Warwickshire.

    September 2009 saw expansion by the acquisition of Newey Property Lettings in Kenilworth to further bolster our position in the rental sector.

    We now let and manage a portfolio in excess of 650 properties, making us the largest independent letting agent covering South Warwickshire.

    There is good reason why so many local, national and international landlords trust us to let and manage their property.

     Taking over Newey Property Sales in Kenilworth in September 2010 changed the dynamic of the business with more emphasis being put upon growing the Residential Sales side of the business whilst still maintaining the same principals and ethics that have given us so much success in Lettings.

    Our helpful, friendly and experienced staff are here to guide you through the process of renting a property. All of our current rental properties appear on our website as soon as they become available.

     However, the lettings process is very quick and some properties are let even before the ink is dry on the details.

     Generally, if a property is still available it will be advertised on this website, our website www.heritageproperty.co.uk or our iPhone App as being available to let. If a property is marked "let" that means it's already been reserved.

    Set-up a property alert on this website or our website and we will keep you up to date with any new properties as soon as they become available.

    If you have an iPhone then downloading our App is the best way to keep up to date because the properties are reserved very quickly. (Search Heritage Property at the App store)

    Better still, why not call us or pop in to our office and speak with one of our experienced Lettings Negotiators. They will get a good idea of exactly what you want and can make sure you view suitable properties. We have large plasma TV's and computer monitors in our offices showing photos of our properties. This can be a great help in deciding whether to view a property or not.

    Viewings

    Before viewing with us, for security purposes, we will require you to supply some basic information about yourself and your full contact details.

     We will always try and accommodate the times you want to view but please remember certain properties we are letting will still be occupied and we need to give the existing tenants 24 hours notice that of any viewings we wish to carry out. We will always call you on the morning of the appointment to confirm it and would ask that you please try to be on time.

    We often have other appointments to go onto and if you are late, sometimes we won't be able to wait. Please call the office if you think that you are running behind.

    Reserving a Property

    Once you have reserved the property you will also be asked to pay a Reservation Fee which is the equivalent of half of one months rent of the property you have chosen. We will also require you to sign an application to rent form, at our office, within 24 hours.

    This money you pay will be deducted from the initial monies you will pay before you move into the property. It can be paid by debit or credit card. But, unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or cash for reservation fees.

    You will also be asked to complete an online form with our preferred referencing company. When you reserve the property we will require the full names and email addresses of all the Tenants who will be occupying the property.

    A signed declaration will also be required which will be in the information pack you are given on your viewing with us. When you bring your declaration in, we will require a copy of photo ID, National Insurance Number and a copy of a utility bill from your current address.

    If you have not rented a property before it can seem a little daunting but please don't worry as we are here to help you and will guide you through every step of the way. If you are concerned about anything, please just ask a member of staff who will do their utmost to help.
