Hills Estate Agents was established in 1987 by Shirley Hill from the current premises in Foregate Street. From our conception we have become recognised as the market leader in property sales and rentals. Over the years of operating, Hills has become synonymous for offering sound local knowledge and experience paired with award-winning service for our clients over the years.
Over the first 21 years, under the stewardship of Shirley, business went from strength to strength. In 2008, Shirley was looking to retire and sold the business to our current Director, Azmat Riaz. Azmat was born and raised in Worcester, educated at the Royal Grammar, and has a real affinity with Worcester and its surrounds. Under his ownership, the agency has continued to flourish, focussing on both the sale, and letting of property.
In 2010, the company had a brand refresh to Hills Estate Agents and the office was refurbished to offer contemporary environment. A modern, tailored approach has been adopted whilst adhering to the core brand values on which the businesses success was founded. Over time, the Hills team has naturally grown as the business has expanded. Our sales manager, Justin Poolton joined in 2010 and with his 25 years of industry experience has helped the sales side of the business to blossom. Sarah Roberts is our lettings manager and has been with us since 2016 and offers 20 years of industry experience. Under her guidance the lettings department has gone from strength to strength, offering a strong portfolio of property across the local area.
In 2022, we here at Hills were the recipient of the Best Estate Agent's Guide Gold award, featuring in the 2022 guide with and Exceptional grade. This accolade ranks us in the Top 3% of agents nationwide.
Azmat, Justin, Sarah and the team have a wealth of experience, having worked for many years in the area and are extremely highly thought of.
