To find out how much your property can be rented for, Hillyards offer a free rental valuation. Even if your property has not been built yet or is currently tenanted we can offer an indicative range over the phone and provide a more accurate valuation following a visit to your property.

Once a potential tenant has made an offer, they are vetted with thorough checks including credit, employer and previous landlord referencing plus affordability checks to ensure that you get the most suitable tenants for your property.

At Hillyards, we are totally dedicated to finding the right property for our clients to rent. Register your rental requirements with us and if we do not already have the property to suit you in our extensive range of lettings, our excellent team will ensure your search for the ideal place is as quick and rewarding as possible. We will be on hand to provide you with advice and assistance, and will keep you updated on any new properties that enter the lettings market.

Once you've found the property for you, we ask you to complete our credit referencing application. The process from receiving the form usually takes between 48-72 hours. We require current landlord and employment references as well as photographic ID. In some instances a guarantor may be required. (This person has to be a resident UK homeowner who is in a financial position to cover the cost of the rent.) Please note that if a suitable guarantor cannot be provided, the full six month rental amount should be paid in full upfront.
