In the last five years I have helped a lot of friends and family move to the Island, and have had experience of many of our local Estate Agents and their levels of service. In the last few months I have been dealing with HRD at Shanklin, and specifically with Ben Eighteen, to complete a purchase. The whole office are polite, helpful and professional, and Ben himself went out of his way to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. He dealt speedily with my questions to the vendors (on the Mainland), and gave us answers as soon as he had them. Over the course of the purchase, I had to make several visits to the property to check and measure various things, as you do, and it was never a problem; Ben was always cheerful and helpful. He made the whole process as pain-free and pleasant as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received, and definitely recommend HRD to others.
