I was challenged with a remote ;offer' situation and not only did Shaun exceed my expectation in the purchase but even beyond that he was available for adivse, access and even did research or the management company. SO what does this mean to me as a customer? .... he has FAR exceeded the service I have ever recieved at other agents and I have no doubt that should decide to rent a property or sell then I would go to Shaun. The way he dealt with me showed me that his priority was customer service not income. So thank you for an amzaing experience that was not only positive for me but also gave me reassurance that my mum is safe and has what she needs to make this property her home.
