    Unlike most agents we do not charge a percentage fee but a flat fixed monthly fee which is the same for all of our properties no matter the rent. If your rent is over £450 per month then you would probably save money using us over most other agents.

    Many of the staff at IS. are landlords themselves and as such look after our clients properties as if they were our own. As landlords ourselves we can offer practical advice renting your property.

Letting Your Property

    We deal with all types of landlords, those who have let properties many times and landlords who are just starting out. We offer practical experienced advice based upon the ten years of lettings experiences we have from looking after our own portfolio of properties.

    First Step
    If you have any questions at all please feel free to give us a call. Ask us as many questions as you like and if your happy we can then come out and have a look at your property. We will visit your property and make sure it is suitable for letting, advise on any aspects that may need changing and how much the property can achieve in terms of rent.

    Things start getting interesting!
    If your happy with everything from there we will take photos and write a description and start conducting viewings. Once we have found somebody who wants the property we will discuss them with you and if you are happy with them we will offer them the property.

    The admin stuff
    All of our tenants come fully referenced. We learnt early on that getting a perfect tenant is the the key to successful lettings. Once the tenant has passed all the checks we will draw up an tenancy agreement, do the inventory, and book in a move in date. Before the tenant moves in they will have to pay a full months rent and bond.

    Managing the Property
    If you have chosen the full management option we will then go onto collect the rent every month and pass the monies onto yourself. We will inspect the property on a regular basis and liaise with you if any repairs are needed. If you are looking for a proactive honest agent give us a call.
