    Ian Gibbs estate agents in Enfield's sales department work as a single unit to select the most suitable purchaser for your property.     Team is an association of over 400 independent agents with some 23 offices based in North London including Enfield, Oakwood, Cockfosters and Winchmore Hill. We are linked by a sophisticated computer system with our fellow team agents which allows us to share properties instantly with them. This gives clients the advantage of a much wider coverage but with the benefit of only having to instruct and communicate with Ian Gibbs.

    We pride ourselves on producing accurate and extensive full colour property particulars. These details are then posted, emailed and sent by text to all suitable prospective purchasers registered on our computer system.     The success of a sale depends largely upon constant supervision via close contact with solicitors and our clients. We at Ian Gibbs pride ourselves on having a good relationship with local solicitors and we are always happy to give recommendations if required.

    Jonathan Doherty - Sales Manager
    Jonathan has been an estate agent for over 30 years and for 20 years of that as the Sales Manager here at Ian Gibbs. In order to increase his knowledge of the industry, he studied and attained a degree in estate management. Jonathan enjoys the constant challenge of valuing the varied housing stock in Enfield and building relationships with clients from initial marketing, through to moving day. His hobbies and loves including his garden and wildlife pond, and his favourite holiday is a hike in the Italian and German Alps.

    Daniel brings with him a wealth of knowledge working as an estate agent for a number of years, working locally in both North London and Hertfordshire. Daniel is always happy to help anyone and when not out of the office on valuations or viewings can be found helping clients dealing with sales progression and looking for the next way forward in marketing and selling every property. Daniel's hobbies include exploring antique shops both local and across the UK, landscape photography and discovering the countryside both by foot and car when weather permits.
