He is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time with his family at the weekends as well as being a very keen fisherman.

    Julie, Negotiator/Administrator, had been living in Portugal with her family for three years and worked for Winkworth Real Estate in property marketing where she achieved an award for top performing Property Lister in 2007/08 before moving into sales and administration.

    Having taken time to experience the life and culture of another country, Julie, a local girl, has over the last three years settled back to her beloved life in Norfolk and now focuses on her roles as Administrative/Negotiator for the now established 'Iconic'.

    Christopher Hall - Partner
    Chris conceived "The Property Shop" in 1990 which grew in 10 years to 10 offices where he joined up with Gary in 1995. Past Treasurer of the NDAEA for 13 years and former President of the National Association of Estate Agents serving on every committee and now President of the UK Chapter of FIABCI, the property industry's business club represented in 60 countries.     Gary Lee - Partner

    Gary started selling property at Thorpe Marriott in 1989 for national house builder, McClean Homes. He worked as a Senior Negotiator and Manager for several corporate estate agents in Norwich and Chelmsford before joining Chris as a partner in the Property Shop in 1995. Gary took over from Chris in 2001 and later sold to Alexander & Co in December 2005.

    Gary lives in Taverham and has twenty two years experience in the local market. A keen Norwich City supporter he is enjoying the season which helps give a feel good factor to the local economy.
