In June 2005 Indigo Residential took the unprecedented step of opening two North Luton branches one in Marsh Road, Leagrave and the other on the very busy Barton Road in Warden Hills. Demonstrating their commitment to Estate Agency in Luton and the surrounding villages Indigo Residential subsequently acquired and rebranded the well established Johnson Lee partnership in Stopsley.
Since opening this office in December 2010 Indigo has become recognised as market leader throughout the town. In 2011 Indigo purchased and has now extensively redeveloped the building that houses the Barton Road office. This has now re-opened as a Head office showroom that gives our customers a very visible window of opportunity in which to sell their property.
