Dave Roberts - Managing Director

Being St Helens born and raised, I was extremely proud to be able to take over the ownership of JB&B Leach early in 2020 and it is a privilege to maintain and continue the trusted reputation that the business has within the town. My career has included working in the NHS, and within some large multinational IT companies taking me all over the world, but it is only in the last 20 years that I have developed the passion for property that has resulted in me owning and operating a number of property businesses and bringing me back to my home town. Outside of business, my wife Karen and I have three grown up children, two of which work within our businesses and I'm a keen cyclist and member of Warrington Road Club.

I have worked in Belvoir Haydock & Belvoir St Helens for almost 8 years in both Sales & Lettings. Now as Sales Negotiator, the one part of my job that is most satisfying is being part of the team that help somebody find their perfect home. I enjoy the diversity of my role... no two days are the same! I enjoy travelling when I can and particular love the three months where I travelled to Australia and South Africa, an amazing experience where I carried out some volunteer work the big cats!
