The foundation of this development was inspired by 'old-fashioned design principles' creating a neighbourhood centred around a mix of apartments and townhouses. Allowing for a much broader tenure and giving the development a sense of community. Royal Wharf consists of residential, commercial and retail units alongside new leisure facilities, parks, and squares. Residents will benefit from excellent transport links and will have exclusive use of indoor and outdoor gym facilities, 25-metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, relaxing social and leisure areas.

It's easy to see why after some of the people I have dealt with from other agencies during my relatively short property search.
