Situated on Bellevue Road, directly facing Wandsworth Common is our office at 22, Bellevue Road. right at the heart of Bellevue Village.
The immediate area is mainly made up of Victorian and Edwardian family houses. Indeed the demographic of the area is just that – family orientated. Houses vary from small two bedroom cottages as in Alma Terrace, right up to impressive double fronted detached houses around the common. Combined with the properties that have been converted into flats over the years, the area appeals to all sectors of the property market.
Apart from the 167 acre common the amenities include a wide choice of private and state schools including Finton House, Beatrix Potter, Thomas’s and Broomwood Hall – to name but a few. There are an abundance of specialist boutique shops, bars and restaurants both on Bellevue Road and Northcote Road with Brinkleys Bar and Grill, The Good Earth and Chez Bruce being a few of our favourites.
Access both to and from Central London is straightforward with regular trains to Victoria via Clapham Junction, the busiest station in the UK for interchanges between services. Bus routes include the 319 which terminates at Sloane Square.
