These are handled by James Dodds and Martin Heydon. James joined the firm in 2001 becoming a Director shortly afterwards. Previously he worked in London and the Hampshire area for over 30 years and has gained an enviable network of contacts, ranging from private buyers to local and national builders and investors throughout the Petersfield area and surrounding villages, which enables him to provide a history of house prices, builds and comparable property sales values. Martin joined the company with over 10 years experience in property and land sales throughout the South of England advising on various local and country residential property sales and marketing strategies for New Homes. Both James and Martin specialise (and have a personal interest) in individual character village properties and the country house market.
The firm covers an area within a 20 mile radius of Petersfield for residential sales but regularly operates further afield for agricultural, professional and survey matters.
The firm is a member of the Property Ombudsman (Sales) which is fully approved and endorsed by the Office Of Fair Trading.

Christopher became a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 while in Winchester. After a short spell in East Anglia, he returned to the Alton, Guildford and Petersfield areas where he has been for the last 29 years.
