During my seven years of experience working in the Leeds rental market, I have developed in-depth knowledge of which properties can best suit a tenant’s requirements. I have also established long lasting relationships with the most credible landlords in the city.
Having searched for my own rental property as both a student and a young professional, I know how stressful it is and how difficult it can be to find an agent who is personable, attentive and has the tenant’s best interests at heart.
At Jade King Properties I provide a bespoke service and adopt an open door policy where you can pop into my Headingley office to discuss your requirements in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Other than a deposit (at the Landlords discretion) the only fee I charge as an agent is a very competitive one-off signing fee of £50 per person. You will also receive a welcome gift once you move into your new home.
