    James Pyle

    James has lived in the Cotswolds all his life and is a second generation estate agent, having followed in the footsteps of his late father who previously owned offices in Painswick and Stroud where he was brought up.

    For over 25 years, James has been integrally involved with some of the best independent estate agents in the UK and has personally established and run offices in the market towns of Stroud, Nailsworth, Malmesbury, Corsham and Marlborough selling all kinds of properties throughout Gloucestershire and Wiltshire where he is well known to many. His determination to succeed and provide a first class and enthusiastic service to all his clients has been at the forefront of his business ethics but the biggest strength is the genuinely warm, friendly and professional approach that the team offers all to of our clients.

    James founded James Pyle & Co in 2012, initially running from a home office however the business has quickly grown to what it is today thanks largely to his great team. James is married to Sam and has two teenage daughters. He loves photography and enjoys walking his dogs to unwind. A keen 'boules' player he is active in many Sherston activities and his ambition is to explore world on his motorcycle and in particular, to ride the Old Silk Road from London to Beijing.

    Rosie Pyle
    Rosie Pyle is following in the family's footsteps and is the third generation in the Pyle family to become an Estate Agent. Having successfully completed her final year at Sixth Form in Malmesbury whilst working with us part time, she now joins the team full time as a Junior Negotiator with a passion to understand the business and get involved with both sales and lettings. She has an infectious and bubbly personality. Rosie has inherited her mother's passion for horses and competes in her spare time.

    Nic Fisher
    Nic grew up in Cheshire then relocated to the Cotswolds in the early 90s working as a Regional Sales Manager. Nic's career in the property industry started in 2004 as a relocation agent for Countrywide and the MOD before specialising in relocating families and professionals from abroad for major corporations. Joining us in 2017, Nic is the newest member to our team bringing her management experience as well as her people and negotiation skills. In her spare time, Nic enjoys walking the dog, playing golf and socialising.

    Rosie Oates
    Rosie has grown up in the Cotswolds and has a good knowledge of the local area. After previously working in sales and as a studio photographer, she joined James Pyle & Co in 2015 as an Administrator. Currently, Rosie's main role is Property Marketing and Photography enabling her to continue her passion for photography. In her spare time she can be found doing long distance runs with her dog and horse riding.
