    James Sellicks 
    James Sellicks BSc MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985. Since 1997 he has run his respected estate agency practice from offices in Leicester, Market Harborough and Oakham. He is one of the few RICS qualified estate agents in Leicestershire and has dealt with first time buyer houses to sprawlng country estates in his time in agency. James has an unrivalled knowledge of the Leicestershire and Rutland property industry and has many clients he has acted for on numerous occasions. James enjoys sailing, golf, skiing, and watching rugby in his spare time.

    Charles Beretta - Director
    Charles was educated at Uppingham School in Rutland and subsequently qualified from De Montfort University with an Honours Degree in Land Management. Charles started his career as a trainee surveyor before opting for a role in residential sales. He has spent most of his career working alongside James Sellicks and was instrumental in the formation of the company in back in 1997. Charles has an extensive knowledge of the local market, working out of our Leicester and Market Harborough offices. Charles enjoys watching Leicester City at The King Power stadium as well as DIY and cars in his spare time.

    Jonathan Cameron -  Director
    Born and bred in Leicestershire, Jonathan has been working in the residential sales market throughout his home county for 25 years. Having joined James Sellicks in 2001, he has played a key role in making the company in to one of the leading agents in the area, has a huge passion for assisting his loyal client base and a superb knowledge of the property market. Jonathan works from our Market Harborough and Leicester offices, working with city and rural based clients. Outside of work Jonathan enjoys skiing, classic cars and most importantly socialising with friends and family!

    Anne Mann - Sales Manager
    Starting her career in Estate Agency in 1979, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and experience. This, together with her dedicated customer service ensures every sale is handled personally and efficiently. Anne has a huge amount of repeat business, due to her unrivalled knowledge of the local market and working with her clients to get the deal over the line. In her spare time, Anne is a keen photographer and likes to body board at Watermead Park!

    Kirsty joined the company in 2001 as PA to James Sellicks, a role which she now couples with Administration Manager.  Kirsty is an indispensable member of the team, responsible for all aspects of administration and preparing properties for the market, being the first point of call when a property is instructed. Outside of work Kirsty loves to go to a good show and spending time with her family, especially her grown up twin girls!

      I found all the staff I dealt with during the sale of our property to be friendly, well trained and on the whole familiar with the position we were at concerning the sale, most times I called. Quite often when there was some anxious moments during the sale the staff were most reassuring and 'down to earth' with no false promises.  Initially I thought the fee was higher than average, more than other agents' quotes we had received. However I was most impressed by Charles's approach to marketing and the package he proposed. When we signed to go ahead I did comment that above average service would be expected!
