    James Sellicks BSc MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985. Since 1997 he has run his respected estate agency practice from offices in Leicester, Market Harborough and more recently Oakham. He is one of the few RICS qualified estate agents in Leicestershire.

    Charles Beretta - Director
    Charles was educated at Uppingham School in Rutland and subsequently qualified from De Montfort University with an Honours Degree in Land Management. Charles started his career as a trainee surveyor before opting for a role in residential sales. He has spent most of his career working alongside James Sellicks and was instrumental in the formation of the company in back in 1997.

Quite often when there was some anxious moments during the sale the staff were most reassuring and 'down to earth' with no false promises.  Initially I thought the fee was higher than average, more than other agents' quotes we had received. However I was most impressed by Charles's approach to marketing and the package he proposed. When we signed to go ahead I did comment that above average service would be expected!
