    I started the family business along with my brother James in 2005. Our modern approach to the industry was welcomed and we continue to enjoy helping people move today. 

    I'm actively helping the team daily at our Reigate branch however when I'm not working I obviously enjoy spending time with my wife and my two daughters. Other than property, I love traveling, golf and running.

    Having started my career in estate agency locally way back in 1995 I could be classed as the veteran here at JamesDean. Dean & I started the family business in 2005 with an aim to create and agency with a difference, a fresh modern approach, putting our clients first and providing the best possible moving experience. 

    Many years later we are still going strong and have built up a reputation of being a great local family run business. Although I am still actively hands on and work in the office every day, when I do get some spare time I like to enjoy it with my wife, two kids and two dogs.

    I've been involved in Lettings since 2014, joining JamesDean 2 years ago with a goal to become the branches Lettings Manager. Based upon hard work and increasing business levels I was given the position in January 2017. If you have a rental property I'd love to look after you're asset ensuring we find a suitable tenant as quickly as possible. 

    I'm a keen car fan, my father races a Caterham 7's so this takes us to circuits around Europe. I also enjoy long dog walks with my girlfriend and we've both recently joined a gym together.

    I joined the company in 2013 as Property Manager, now 4 years on I'm the Senior Property Manager looking after almost double the amount of properties when I first joined. Although our department is incredibly busy taking care of both landlord and tenant queries I thoroughly love the challenge of Property Management.

      Over the years JamesDean have successfully negotiated on hundreds of property sales. We will check chains, time frames and financial positions (using our local IFA's) to ensure that any potential buyers are ready, willing and able to complete on the sale

      ACCEPTING AN OFFER & INSTRUCTING A SOLICITOR

      Once you are happy to accept an offer we will need your solicitor details. It is always more beneficial to instruct a solicitor that we recommend and have a good relationship with. If needed we can arrange a competitive quotation for you. After your solicitor has been instructed we will issue all the relevant sales letters and memorandum of sale to all parties involved detailing the price agreed and any other special conditions.
      Your solicitor will then send out draft documents to your buyers solicitor who will then carry out all necessary enquiries.

      SALES PROGRESSION
      We will liaise with the solicitors involved and keep you informed every step of the way. This is the stage where a well experienced agent is important to iron out any issues that may arise and take any stress away from you.

      EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS
      Exchange of contracts can occur once the solicitors have received all the documents, searches and signed contracts required. At this stage the buyer will pay the solicitor a deposit normally 10%.
