John Byrne established the business in Wickham in 1990 ,after running his former successful surveying practice in Southampton for 10 years.
Together with Rona Thurston who has assisted managing the sales department since its foundation, we can offer both purchasers and vendors a wealth of local professional experience.
Wickham and the surrounding areas have retained their popularity and remain one of the most sought after areas close to the South coast, with beautiful surrounding countryside but easy accessibility to Portsmouth, Southampton and the M27 motorway. The area contains a high percentage of individual properties, but we strive to maintain a broad portfolio.
