The worst feeling in the world is viewing a property and falling in love with it, only to find that you can't get a mortgage. Likewise, agreeing a sale on your home, only to find that mortgage criteria has changed and your onward purchase is affected. We can always put you in touch with an Independent Financial Advisor who would be more than happy to help.

      What would be your dream home? A barn conversion with log burner for cosy winter nights in.
