      Favourite part of the job? People and houses are infinitely different and I like meeting and seeing lots of both all in a day.

      Top tip for buyer or seller? I believe good natural light is one of the most important qualities to a home so I would recommend finding the compass app on your phone and using it during your viewings to see what time of day the sunlight will be in each room. When selling it's also useful for us to know which way your property faces so that the front elevation can be photographed at the right time to get the best image possible.

      What would be my dream home? Eco lodge by a lake, the living areas would face South West.
