Our family run partnership is owned by John and Eve Lake and was established over 30 years ago to specifically cover the coastal and village areas from Torquay to Bishopsteignton, one of the most beautiful scenic regions in South Devon and largely designated as being of outstanding natural beauty.
We try very hard to provide a professional and helpful service that leans towards getting to know our future purchaser or clients and their exact needs from the outset - by doing this a lot of time is saved and hopefully the right property is found for a purchaser, or a clients home is sold within a reasonably short time - obviously the two are interlinked.
Our office is very non corporate and we hope exudes an individual relaxing atmosphere that reflects our style of business. We are open six full days a week and welcome any prospective purchasers to visit our office and view our current property register and meet our qualified members of staff to discuss your requirements for your new home or property venture.
QUALIFICATIONS
All our full time staff dealing directly with clients affairs are members of the National Association of Estate Agents and are bound by their rules of conduct. These members of staff are also fully qualified under either the National Association of Estate Agents training and examination strict system, National Vocational Qualifications in Residential Estate Agency or are in the process of gaining these qualifications. It takes up to 5 years to obtain the full FNAEA designation (Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents), of which three members of staff hold these letters and a third should soon follow.
