    I am currently in the process of selling a property with Jones Robinson, Newbury. The house sold after only two viewings! Unfortunately, the legal side of things did not go well and I lost the buyers at the last minute. Deborah worked tirelessly to try to get things moving. She constantly updated me with what was going on, who she had spoken to, what was being done and what I needed to do next. She was absolutely thorough in her work, I could not have asked for more from her. The whole office were aware of what was going on, as when I phoned I only had to say who it was and I was dealt with immediately and efficiently. I cannot recommend Jones Robinson more strongly. Although this sale fell through, with absolutely no fault of JR, I will keep my house on the market with them and am absolutely confident that they will sell it again very quickly and will deal with all of the follow up work as efficiently as they have this time. They are an extremely effective, professional and friendly team.

    From start to finish the staff made the whole process so easy.     Generally very well dealt with by all members of staff as I searched for a house and when I found the one I wanted. When I had a concern about my private situation, it was dealt with in a kind, understanding and professional manner.     From our initial telephone call re the sale of our property and to meeting Paula we were assured that our property would be sold. Paula is a confident friendly young woman who treated us and our home with great respect. The property details and photographs she produced were very professional and very shortly after this the telephone was ringing to arrange appointments for viewings.     Paul came and valued my property. He explained how he arrived at his recommended asking price and gave me other similar properties that had or had not sold in the area. He was very professional and positive throughout. Once on the market, Deborah became my main point of contact. The house sale was delayed due to problems at the bottom of the chain and she continually kept me informed and when she found that the people at the bottom of the chain were not in a position to buy she was a shoulder for me to cry on as it had been several weeks of waiting. At every point she was positive and supportive. I feel she became more of a friend by the time the sale was completed. Had Jones Robinson been involved with the buyers at the bottom of the chain I think the sale would never have been delayed as long as it was.
