    Jones Robinson has been in operation since 1998 and in that time we have helped thousands of people move home. We have over 60 dedicated members of staff and five offices serving a large swathe of Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. Jones Robinson is led by four Directors:

    • David Jones has over 30 years of experience in the property sector and is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. David is actively involved with other local businesses and is passionate about the area in which he serves.
    • Charles Robinson started his property career in Newbury, Berkshire and he has been helping movers for over 20 years. After gaining experience across the Home Counties, Charles returned to Newbury to establish Jones Robinson.
    • Paul Hodgson's background is marketing and advertising, and he transferred these valuable skills to property sales when he became an estate agent in 1991. Paul joined Jones Robinson in 1998 and was made a Director in 2004.
    • Paul Broomham is Jones Robinson's lead lettings specialist and oversees the residential lettings team, having started his career in the late 1990's he has extensive experience within the residential lettings, property investment and block management.

      I was impressed by the marketing material Michael brought with him when he came to view my property. He explained the auction approach but the starting price was too low in my opinion. In the end, I got my original asking price. Jones Robinson arranged an impressive number of viewings very soon after the property was marketed. The communication from Michael and the office was excellent throughout. As a customer, I was treated with courtesy throughout. I would use Jones Robinson in the future and recomment them to others.       My brother in law died earlier this year and it fell to my wife, as Executor, to sell his house near Newbury. We live in Scotland and did not want to be continually travelling south to maintain the house so were looking for an agent who would manage the property for us as well as find a buyer. I passed over two other Newbury agents before going to Jones Robinson on the strength of their client reviews. James Oldring took my initial call and set up a meeting at the house with Paul Hodgson. The house was not going to be an easy sell; it was in poor condition and had not been maintained or decorated for more than 20 years, the three quarter acre garden was heavily overgrown and it had an indoor swimming pool which had been abandoned for many years. I spent more than an hour with Paul who had come prepared with a credible marketing strategy and gave me reassurance that he was fully committed to providing all the property management support we needed. Paul quickly brought in a garden maintenance company who made the grounds more respectable and organised a plumber to deal with a potentially serious water leak. We put the house on the market a couple of days after the EU referendum at a time of great uncertainty but Paul's advice on guide price proved to be sound. The marketing phase went well and we had several offers to choose from. Deborah Tomlin became our main contact once we'd accepted an offer, contracts were soon exchanged and now the sale is complete. Everybody we spoke to at Jones Robinson was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with; everyone did what they said they were going to do and did it well which led to an almost stress free process - very unusual for a house sale! Our sincere thanks go to everyone at Jones Robinson but especially Paul and Deborah. I strongly recommend Jones Robinson to anyone - we could not have asked for more.
