    I joined Jordan Fishwick in 2017 as a Lettings Negotiator and worked my way up to Lettings Manager. I came from working in Student Lettings in Withington to the city, in which I have watched the city change year after year. The diverse culture this city holds is truly wonderful, this city is a hive of activities. Being at Jordan Fishwick, I have been able to see a range of different developments all across the city. Helping customers is the most rewarding part of the job, from starting at the viewing to the point of key collection - it's great to see the happy faces moving into their new homes. Besides working at Jordan Fishwick, I spend my time going to the gym and playing music.

    I joined Jordan Fishwick in July 2022 and for the year I have worked here I have helped hundreds of people register with our branch, book in for viewings and get moved into new homes which has been the most rewarding job I have done yet. Hearing the relief and joy on the phone when applicants are accepted all the way to handing over their new keys is simply the most gratifying set of tasks. I am  still learning and that's no exception for Jordan Fishwick and its employee's, but we guarantee to do the best to our ability and that is all anyone could ask for. Working and living in the City centre I have not only grown myself but also been lucky enough to watch the nucleus of the largest metropolitan area in the north of England grow into one of the best cities to work for and enjoy my free time in. My favourite aspect about the city is the food, I think that goes without question. I look forward to watching myself grow in the company.

    I joined Jordan Fishwick Manchester in 2016 after 12 years in London building my professional experience in residential lettings and management. My role today as Senior Property Manager is varied and covers all aspects of day to day property management but particularly handling all tenancy renewals and tenancy changeovers, arrears management, end of tenancies and dispute resolution. I enjoy building strong working relationships with our clients and ensuring that we provide consistently high levels of service to ensure smooth running of tenancies throughout the term. The variety of my role means my day to day work is always mixed and allows me to constantly challenge myself and learn in this ever changing Manchester property market.
