Jordan Halstead - Managing Director
Starting his career as a school leaver, Jordan was a successful trainee negotiator working for Jordan's Residential Lettings, a 6 branch letting agent business. In 2009 Jordan acquired the Chester branch of Jordan's residential lettings and rebranded it as Jordan And Halstead and from then the business has gone from strength to strength. Jordan and Halstead, William Gleave and JH National now manage over 2500 properties and are some of the areas leading sales agents. In 2011 Jordan co-founded Rent on time Ltd which served letting agents up and down the country providing guaranteed rent collection and this company was sold in 2017.

Now Jordan's main focus is the growth all of the brands and for them to be the leading Estate agent in the north west.Jordan believes in world class customer service and has a core belief of trying to help others at all times.

Chloe Herbert - Operations Manager

With over eight years of administrative experience Chloe brings a wealth of organisation to the JH Team. Chloe has come from a property background with previous roles as a paralegal in a Cardiff law firm for three years and prior to that PA to five directors in a property management business. Whilst being responsible for all management and administration requirements of the director's, Chloe assists with day to day running of all offices and heads up the recruitment process.

Tom Allen - Managing Director William Gleave

I joined William Gleave in May 2013 as a trainee sales negotiator and progressed through to Managing Director. I now oversee our William Gleave network with offices in Buckley, Shotton, Holywell, Llandudno and Rhyl.

Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, watching football and spending time with friends and family and the occasional few beers!

Guy Fenn-Mansfield / Director Chester and Frodsham

I joined Jordan and Halstead in 2019 having spent the previous 18 years working with the residential, commercial and investment sectors of property. In my current role I oversee the day to day running of our sales and lettings businesses in Chester and Frodsham.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, we love nothing more than throwing our gear into our camper and going of for another madcap adventure. I am also a huge music fan and love nothing more than a good gig or festival.

Cameron Luckas - Branch Manager Wilmslow

Since joining Jordan and Halstead in 2018 I have gone from running the Chester office to opening our bustling office in the centre of Wilmslow. I oversee the running of both the sales and lettings departments covering Wilmslow and across central and south Manchester.

Outside of work I can often be found in the gym or running and am a keen sailor. I also love nothing more than spending time with friends and family, along with the occasional negroni.

Adam Clackson - Branch Manager Frodsham

I joined Jordan and Halstead as a negotiator in 2019 and quickly progressed to the position of valuer for our Chester office. Jordan and Halstead then acquired our office in Frodsham, and I was then moved across as Branch Manager. My role now has me managing the day to day running of the Frodsham business, where we offer both sales and lettings.

Outside of work I am a keen property developer, and love nothing more than getting out my suit and getting my hands dirty. I am also a keen footballer having played semi professional football for a number of clubs across Chester and the Wirral.
