Operating from a historic Grade II listed building overlooking St Thomas’s church the Salisbury office is one of the City’s most central estate and letting agents and generates considerable passing custom from buyers and tenants.
Jordans is well recognised in the local community for their individual Success Boards, this success was recognised in them winning awards for customer service and environmental policies.
More important than this is the feedback received by the many clients that Jordans have acted for.
It is for this reason that much of the new business is from personal recommendations from previous and existing clients.
Teamwork
The Sales and lettings teams are headed up by two of the company owners James Jordan MNAEA and Joseph O’neill who both live in the Salisbury area. The teams have decades of experience in the local property market and in depth knowledge of all aspects of the residential sales and lettings process.
As members of the National Association of Estate agents and members of the Ombudsmen for estate agents, Jordans is committed to delivering the highest level of ethics, transparency and hard work.
