On Saturdays, a huge number of tourists pop into our office, and many of them end up buying property through us. We cover all of BN2 from this office and have been successful from Kemp Town through to Sussex Square, Queens Park, Hanover, the Marina and beyond. We also run a hugely popular lettings business from the Kemp Town office with many of our managed properties being close to local large employers such as American Express and the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
