Our comprehensive appraisal process however analyses a number of factors including local market conditions, current buyer activity, recent sale prices and what competing properties are being marketed at.
We work hard to expertly market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure. We are open seven days a week and until 7pm weekdays – plus we are open Bank Holidays. We are open longer so we can be there when you need us.

Unlike a lot of competitors, our sales staff have industry training and qualifications accredited by the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP). (It may surprise you to know that you don’t need any qualifications or experience to be an estate agent – and sadly many don’t.)
