    Sally Sparkes - Lettings Manager
    Sally started working in lettings for a large London based corporate agency and left to take a year off to travel the world. After a break to have her twin boys, Sally returned to work at a small boutique lettings agency based in Mayfair, where she was involved in most aspects of the company, but predominantly managing the office, letting properties and property management. Following COVID, Sally moved to Brentwood with her family and started working for Keith Ashton. Sally has always loved property, graduating from university with a degree in Building Surveying. However residential lettings is what she is passionate about, allowing her to develop professional relationships with clients and have the privilege to view and let homes to tenants. Outside of the office Sally is an avid reader, cinema goer and keen gardener.

    Lisa Thompson - Lettings Property Manager
    Lisa started her career in corporate accounting working for blue chip companies in Canary Wharf and Central London. However, her passion was always for property so joined the accounts team at a large corporate agency. After becoming a landlord in 2007, Lisa worked on growing and diversifying her portfolio. Being a people person Lisa enjoyed managing her own properties and soon made the complete transition into the letting industry. Having worked for local Lettings Agency Lisa was delighted to accept the role as property manager for Keith Ashton, knowing its reputation for being the premier agency based in Brentwood. Lisa loves spending time with her two children, is a keen hiker and collector of antiques.

    Robert Cockett - Group Sales Director
    Robert grew up locally and joined a corporate estate agent straight from school, on a training programme. He was recognised for his enthusiasm, people skills and efficiency, soon progressing to a more senior level. Having a passion for property and enjoying customer interaction, he was keen to further progress his career at a top independent estate agency and decided to join the Keith Ashton team. Now, after many years with Keith Ashtons, Robert has grown with the company, progressing from a negotiator to his well-deserved new role as Sales Director, taking total responsibility for the Brentwood Office, with the support of his loyal team. He certainly is a people's person, with his caring and compassionate nature, receiving continual praise from both clients and staff along the way.  Robert married Mandy in 2014 and they enjoy walks and eating out, Robert also fits in football, yoga, golf and snooker. They are very much looking forward to the next addition to the family - a Golden Retriever puppy - which will certainly keep them busy!

    Having lived locally most of his life, Vincent provides a wealth of knowledge and experience. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has built an enviable reputation for dealing with executive and country homes across the county, with his attention in recent times, focussing very much on the Shenfield and Hutton areas. In his spare time Vincent enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and friends.

    Ben Clarke - Sales Manager
    Growing up in the small commuter village of Ingatestone, Ben's agency career began at the tender age of 18 when he started working for a small family run agency in Billericay. Looking to develop his career further, Ben then moved to another independent agent in the affluent area of Shenfield, allowing him to develop his skills in a demanding marketplace, focusing on high levels of customer service and attention to detail. After a number of successful years in the Shenfield & Brentwood area, Ben joined a hybrid agency in Havering where he gained valuable experience in a fast-moving market. However, the lure of a traditional, personal estate agency closer to home was too good to resist, and the beginning of 2020 saw Ben joining the team at Keith Ashtons'. In his spare time Ben enjoys playing guitar with his band at local pubs and clubs in addition to going to the gym, spending time with friends & family and watching Formula 1.

    James Millar - Associate Director
    James has been working in Brentwood, Shenfield and the surrounding villages for the last 15+ years and has built a great understanding of the property market and local trends. He has worked for both corporate and independent agencies and owing to his breadth of experience has gathered vital knowledge in knowing what works, and more importantly what doesn't. He was keen to move from the restrictions of the corporate world back into a market leading independent agent, so when the opportunity came to join the team here at Keith Ashton, it ticked all the boxes. James is married to Rachel, and has two young children, Emily and Joseph (and a dog Ralph). In his free time he enjoys football, cycling and the ever rarer game of golf!!

    Chris Thompson - Village Sales Manager
    Chris brings a wealth of experience to the Village Office, having worked in various agency settings, including corporate, independent, and even running his own business for five years with the country's largest online estate agency. This extensive background spans over a decade and has equipped him with versatile skills gained from a multitude of roles. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, partner Kate, their two children, and their beloved dog Bailey. During his leisure time, you'll often find him engaged in the activities and sports that capture his children's interest, currently revolving around football and golf. Additionally, the family enjoys creating cherished memories with trips to North Wales.

    Graham Twine - Senior Property Consultant
    Graham went straight into estate agency at the age of 16, working initially as a trainee for an agent in Forest Gate. He soon progressed to negotiator and moved onto Chadwell Heath, after which he proved himself as a people person, passionate about property. In1996 Graham joined Keith Ashton, Brentwood, but before long found himself at the Village office where, with his friendly, personable manner he gained a reputation for giving good, strong, honest advice. An avid golfer, Graham also enjoys tennis and badminton. He is a family man who enjoys watching his sons play football for the local team at weekends along with spending time with his wife Angie.

    Wendy Griffin - Village Assistant Manager
    Joining Keith Ashton in 1999, Wendy soon became an integral part of the Village team. Her organisational capabilities and attention to detail are a valuable asset when dealing with both people and properties. With her excellent communication and IT skills she soon became the go to for current and future advancing technology and ensuring we move with the times. As Wendy grew within her roll 2016 saw her take on the position of Village Assistant Manager ensuring the Village office developed and maintained the quality of service only a leading independent estate agency can offer. In her spare time Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

    Nigel Coyne - Managing Director
    Nigel's passion has always been for people and property. He left school to work for a local estate agent, buying his first property at 19 and soon gained membership to the NAEA, becoming the youngest member in the UK. Nigel had a number of interests in small businesses before focusing his attention on Keith Ashton, where his enthusiasm, motivation and never ending energy fuelled his burning desire to build and develop a multi faceted property services group.Nigel has now been in the business for more than 30 years, over 25 years of these being at the helm of the Keith Ashton group, and has never lost his vision to provide a service that is beyond expectation with the help of the team around him who are loyal, enthusiastic professionals. In his spare time he tries to get the life/work balance in perspective with keeping fit , triathlons, skiing, kite surfing and tennis, whilst also spending time with his wife Bev, son, daughter & not forgetting the dog!

    Beverly Coyne - Director
    Bev started work life in a Chartered Accountants where she gained her basic training in finance. Looking for a more dynamic environment, she soon moved into finance in the property sector working for Westbury Homes as a Management Accountant whilst training to qualify as a Chartered Management Accountant. Having met Nigel on holiday he persuaded her to move from Somerset to Essex where she continued her career in the construction industry with Countryside Properties as their company accountant for the North Thames division. Since having two children she has naturally become an integral part of Keith Ashton and heads up the groups finance team. In addition to this she is heavily involved in the marketing side of the company. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit, Karate, triathlons, photography and spending time with their two children and dog.
