    Stephen J King FRICS, Director
    A co-founder of the firm in 1998, Stephen has over 30 years in the profession. He qualified in 1988 having been made a director of an international firm of Chartered Surveyors. He returned to his native East Midlands in 1989 and rose to partner in charge of the East Midlands residential department of a national firm in the early 1990's, before co-founding King West. Stephen is a highly experienced RICS registered valuer.

    Tom Wilson, BSc (Hons) MRICS, Director
    Having studied Land Management at the University of Reading, Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. Following a career as a stockbroker in London and America, Tom made the decision to move back to his rural roots and property once more. Having originally joined King West in Market Harborough, Tom moved to head up the Stamford Office as Director of Sales. With extensive experience of negotiation and a proven track record of deal completion, Tom is experienced in the sale of both town and country property across a broad spectrum. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, golf, running and equestrian pursuits.

    Helen Greaves
    Helen is a proud Harborian, who joined the King West team in the Market Harborough office, Estate Agency team. Helen spent a number of years in Oxfordshire firstly studying for a degree in English Literature, Philosophy & Ethics, before embarking on a career in residential and land agency. Now back in the Welland Valley, Helen balances her time at work with volunteering role within the local RAF cadet corps.

    Vikki Wallis
    Vikki was born and raised on a large country estate in North Yorkshire. Having spent the early part of her career at an Auction House in London, she moved into Estate Agency at the height of the property boom as a London-based house negotiator. Moving out of London to Oxfordshire and then on to Leicestershire in 2011, Vikki has become well acquainted with the country houses and estates of the region and is now a member of the viewings team at King West. Vikki has a keen interest in antiques and furnishings and having also spent 15 years farming land in Oxfordshire, loves country life.

      Everards Brewery appointed King West in Market Harborough to dispose of Ratcliffe Hall in May 2014 following a careful selection process. The sale was potentially complicated by the fact that there was additional land and buildings upon which planning permission had been obtained but which didn't form part of the initial sale. Throughout the marketing period and during subsequent discussions with potential buyers Stephen King and his team at King West kept me completely informed and approached all of their communications in a very calm and professional manner.A sale was completed in September 2014 and included some of the additional property.
