    The present owner Crispin Williams, a qualified Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, provides in EXCESS OF 30 YEARS WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE to the company. A specialist land agent with in depth knowledge on planning matters and land development, he is able to advise both private individuals and larger companies alike in respect of new homes schemes. With a continued involvement in the company, Mr Williams entrusts the day to day management of each branch to a long standing Branch Director / Senior Manager, ably supported by Rebecca Munn, the company's Financial Controller and by Wendy Hudson who looks after the accounts on behalf of Kings Lettings and Property management.
