    LMS have been letting properties since 2007, and have grown within the area to become recognised as a leader within the rental market.  Rentals are more to LMS that just an add-on to an estate agency.  Our Lettings Department has dedicated staff; property inspections happen when they should, and rent is paid to landlords efficiently, correctly and quickly.

    Our focus is on service.  We take on good quality landlords with good quality houses, and offer them to good quality tenants.

    At LMS we understand that as a landlord your property is a major investment and our focus is always on letting your property quickly and to good quality tenants.

    As an independent agent, we have the flexibility to provide a tailored service to meet your needs, with a friendly, honest and professional approach.

    Whether you are a landlord with one property or an investor with a portfolio, we have a service designed with you in mind. Choose the letting option which best suits your situation:

    Choose from:

    Let Only, Rent Collection, Partial or Full Management.

    Choose for LMS to prepare your inventories, protect your deposits, arrange your annual safety checks, or if you're confident you can arrange them yourself.  Whichever service you choose, your property will be given maximum focus.

    If you choose Full or Partial Management your rental property will be inspected every 12-16 weeks.  Have confidence that this will happen when it should and issues dealt with accordingly.

    We always have a variety of properties to suit most tenants. The majority of our properties are situated around Winsford, Middlewich, Northwich and surrounding areas. From start to finish, you will receive an efficient service designed to help give you confidence that your tenancy is in safe hands.

    If you wish to view a property, contact our office to arrange a viewing. Viewings can be arranged Monday to Saturday. Once you have decided on a suitable property, you will need to pay an administration fee in order to start the referencing and credit check process.

    Our fees are extremely competitive, and covers all aspects of the process - there are no other fees payable until you move in to the property, at which point you will normally pay one months rent plus a deposit - normally equal to one months rent.

    When you move in to a property with LMS, you will be told who is responsible for maintenance issues. In most instances, LMS will act as the managing agent throughout your tenancy, so any concerns will be raised with us, and one of our experienced contractors will attend your property as soon as is possible.

    LMS began letting houses in 2007 as the sales market took a downturn.  Very quickly a reputation was built for providing a quality service to both tenants and landlords.  Having firmly established ourselves as a leader within the area, and with demand from a number of people in the area wanting a fresh approach to sell their property, LMS began to sell houses in 2010.  The values remain - look after the customers.
