Situated in the centre of Sandy the office was established in 1988 under the name of Browns Estate Agents. In 2002 the office joined with Peter Lane, another well respected estate agent who for 10 years has operated with offices in Huntingdon, St Ives & Kimbolton as Peter Lane & Partners and there are now 19 offices in the Peter Lane Group.

After 20 years at 7 High Street in May 2008 the office moved 2 doors up the High Street to it’s newly refurbished freehold premises at 11 High Street, Sandy and from here this busy office handles the selling, buying and letting or renting of all types of residential property in Sandy, Potton, Gamlingay, Biggleswade and the surrounding villages.
With a large established management portfolio the office turns over 300 tenancies every year with the aid of advance management systems and experienced staff.
The office is owned and run by Graham Brown FNAEA who has been in estate agency since 1979 and is now probably the most experienced estate agent in the locality.
