    Vanessa Potter - Branch Manager
    Vanessa has worked in the property industry for 18 years after starting as a branch administrator, then a lettings consultant, and now a branch manager for the past eight years. She has also passed the NFOPP Technical award and the in-house legal exam as well as being a registered member of ARLA. On top of this she has attended an in-house TDS course and management academy. Vanessa has lived in the local area for many years and enjoys meeting new landlords and is responsible for generating new business for the branch as well as overseeing the office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, completing sales and rental appraisals.

    Hannah originally worked with Saltmarsh before joining Leaders through the acquisition of the company starting at our Waterlooville office before moving to the Southsea branch. Hannah has over 15 years experience and has built up great relationships with both tenants and landlords alike. She has also passed the in-house legal exam. She lives locally offering a wealth of knowledge with regards to the local area.

    Rachel has worked for Leaders for over three years and comes from a retail and administration background, which has given her excellent customer service skills. Rachel has been a tenant and a landlord so is fully aware of how the industry works. Rachel also lives locally to the Southsea office, so her knowledge is very extent. She has also attended our in-house legal training courses.

    Lillian Wakely - Senior Property Manager 
    Lillian has worked for Leaders for three years, moving from the Gosport branch to join the Southsea team. She enjoys a great rapport with landlords and tenants, and has passed her internal legal exam with merit. Lillian also won the 2013 Hants/Dorset Property Manager of the Year. Before Leaders, Lillian studied property development at Portsmouth University, coming away with a first.

    Tracy has worked for Leaders for five years after previous experience within the property industry. As well as passing her in-house legal training and attending the in-house TDS course, Tracy has been crowned 'Hampshire's Property Inspector of the Year' for a second year. Her role is to produce new inventories, and take care of check outs when tenants vacate. Tracy lives locally and she is also a landlord herself so appreciates the excellent service landlords expect.
