Leaper Stanbrook was established in 1964, its first offices were at number 10 Gildredge Road followed by number 6 Gildredge Road and in July 1999 the company moved to its present much larger premises at 5 Gildredge Road. Additional offices at 28 Meads Street were opened in 2006, further increasing the firm’s profile and providing a local service to the residents of Meads, East Dean and Friston. The company is now run by Directors Andrew Leaper and James Morley who between them have over 60 years experience in the residential property market, together with experienced negotiators and support staff.
When you sell what is for most people their most valuable asset, it is essential that you receive reliable marketing advice. If you instruct Leaper Stanbrook to sell your property, you will do so in the knowledge that you are dealing with one of the longest established firms in the area. The directors and staff have, between them, many years of experience and are well qualified to advise you on the value of your property and the best method of sale. Our services are used and recommended by many solicitors and other professionals because they know they can rely on our integrity and expertise.
Our town centre office occupies a high profile location within a hundred yards or so of Terminus Road and our Meads office is located in the heart of Meads Village. Both offices are appointed to the highest standards and there are very extensive window displays where details of your property will be exhibited in full colour.
We believe that we have two of the most impressive estate agency offices in Eastbourne and this is borne out by the many complimentary comments that are made by visiting clients.
