    Leaper Stanbrook was established in 1964, its first offices were at 10 Gildredge Road followed by 6 Gildredge Road and in July 1999 the company moved to its present much larger premises at 5 Gildredge Road. Additional offices at 28 Meads Street were opened in 2006, further increasing the firm's profile and providing a local service to the residents of Meads, East Dean and Friston. The company is now run by Andrew Leaper together with experienced negotiators and support staff.

    Leaper Stanbrook is a local independent firm, and not part of a large corporate group who use their estate agency outlets to sell financial services.     The presentation of our clients' properties is extremely important to us. To enable us to create the best possible impression we use high resolution digital photographs and produce A3 brochures complete with floor plans and a range of internal and external photographs. We have also invested in a drone which allows us to feature a high quality video showing the full extent of gardens and grounds and giving a completely unique overview of properties. This also allows us to take an elevated view of properties that are difficult to photograph from ground level and showcase spectacular views from seafront apartments.

    Andrew started working for the family firm in 1989 and since the retirement of Michael Leaper in 2001 has been responsible for the day to day running of the business together with carrying out valuations.

    Wayne Ozard - Sales Manager
    Wayne started his estate agency career in Eastbourne in the late 1990's and having continued working for firms in East Sussex, was eager to come back to his home town and joined Leaper Stanbrook in 2017. Wayne is responsible for conducting viewings and sales progression, where his attention to detail is invaluable.

    Ethan Hunter - Negotiator
    Ethan joined us in 2023 as a trainee negotiator and his enthusiastic attitude has allowed him to quickly master the basics of estate-agency as he continues with his onward training. Ethan is responsible for conducting viewings and we have had several very positive comments from applicants who he has met, complimenting him on the professional way he has conducted himself. His particular interest in social media has been invaluable in ensuring that Leaper Stanbrook forge ahead in this crucial area of marketing.

    Kate Collett - Meads Office Manager
    Kate joined us in August 2021. Her Personal Assistant career spans over 30 years and she brings with her a wealth of secretarial and administrative experience, and has taken to estate agency like a duck to water. Having originally been based in our town centre office to begin her estate agency training, Kate took up the position of manager of our Meads office in March 2023. Although mainly office based, her knowledge of the local market is exceptional, and her courteous and efficient way of dealing with clients has brought many compliments.

    Sarah has been involved in estate agency for most of her working life and joined Leaper Stanbrook in 1995.
