    Providing The Right Home For You
    At Lets Move UK     we strive to source a home that suits your requirements, be it a one bedroom apartment or a five bedroom detached home, furnished or unfurnished, we consistently have a wider selection of available properties than any other letting agent in the BS16 area.

    Rent
    Rent is usually payable per calendar month in advance from the date that you take possession. All rents exclude charges for gas, electric, water and council tax.

    Deposit
    Before taking possession of a property a deposit will be required in addition to the first months rental payment in advance. The deposit will be used as security towards your obligations as a tenant and held in accordance with government legislation with one of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes.

    Taking Possession
    We must have cleared funds before keys for any property can be released. If you are paying by cheque you should ensure that payment is made at least 6 working days before you take possession. We accept cash, bankers drafts and all major credit and debit cards. Credit cards are subject to a 4% charge.

    Insurance
    When letting a property it is important that you have adequate tenants insurance that will not only cover you in the event that you need to make a claim for your own belongings but will also insure you against any accidental damage to the landlords contents / property.

    A successful business women incredibly passionate about property. She had purchased several properties over the years, solely renovated them and still keeps them as an investment. Lynne had spent a large proportion of her estate agency career working in Emerson's Green where she was awarded numerous accolades, on many occasions winning top sales negotiator. Lynne then went on to manage an independent estate agency in Kingswood, Bristol. With all of the experience Lynne had gained over the years in estate agency and then in lettings, in 2005 she decided it was time to work for herself. She successfully ran Lets Move UK from home. This hard work and determination enabled Lynne and daughter Laura to join forces in 2008 opening their 1st office in Downend

      As a youngster out of school Laura was keen for a career in property, unfortunately as she was only 16 years old she had to wait until she was a little older! In the meantime she decided to start a career as a travel consultant. Laura loved the travel industry but couldn't forget her dream of becoming an estate agent. Her big break into estate agency came when she was just 18 years of age where she began working as a sales negotiator at a local independent estate agency in the Redfield area of Bristol. Eager to progress further in her chosen career, she decided she would prefer to work for a larger company who could offer her extensive training and future prospects, so that's what she did! Laura went from strength to strength in her career and by the tender age of just 22 she was managing a large corporate estate agent in the Emerson's Green, Bristol. With all the experience she had gained over the years Laura, with her mum Lynne decided to do what they have always wanted to do and that was to join forces and set up their own Estate/Letting agency
