    We offer three levels of service which are as follows:

    LET ONLY SERVICE

    - Weekly colour advertising in the local Newspaper
    - Advertising on Rightmove Website
    - Weekday viewings 9.00am - 5.15pm
    - Full Tenant Referencing
    - Preparation of all paperwork including a comprehensive Tenancy Agreement
    - Setting up of Tenants Standing Order Mandate
    - Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition

    LETTING WITH RENTAL COLLECTION

    All the above plus
    - Monthly demand for rent
    - Monthly Accounting to Landlord
    - Electronic transfer of rent
    - Serving of Notices

    LETTING WITH FULL MANAGEMENT

    All the above plus
    - Full Management of Property
    - Arrange quotes for required repairs
    - Arrange work to be carried out by Independent contractors
    - Quarterly Property Inspections with full written report
    - Dealing with all queries and problems that may be encountered during a tenancy

    Welcome to Leyland Lettings
    Please feel free to browse through the list of properties we have available to let by clicking on the Current Properties tab.

    Once you have selected a property or properties that you are interested in you will need to arrange a viewing by calling the the Solihull office on 01217382196. You can also register by e-mail using the Contact Us link.

    After viewing a property that you would like to proceed with, you will be required to complete an Application form and return it together with an Administration and Referencing fee of £170 inc VAT for the first applicant and then a further £50 inc VAT for each subsequent application. Please note that all applications over the age of 18 years must be referenced.

    Referencing will take approximately 48 hours. Please note that the Administration and Referencing Fee is non-refundable if an applicant withdraws their application for any reason or their referencing is unsuccessful. Please note that if your referencing is unsuccessful we may still be able to proceed if you can obtain a Guarantor or pay the full or part rent upfront. This will be down to the individual Landlords discretion.

    If the application is successful we will contact you to arrange a date for you to sign all relevant documents, pay the first months rent and security deposit. Once this is complete keys will be released.
