• We maximise on finding you a suitable tenant by producing colour details and using local advertising with photographs
• It will also be marketed using our own professional website, Rightmove and social media postings to access both local & national enquiries
• The property is prepared for rent to meet legal requirements
• Start of the tenancy will be arranged to include tenant reference and credit checks and relevant tenancy agreement 
• The first months' rent & deposit are received in advance, deposit is registered with an approved scheme and any costs allocated on your behalf
• You will then receive your tenants contact information and advice on your role as a landlord for the remainder of the tenancy

Our Fully managed service - in addition to the above:

• Quarterly interim inspections are carried out, records are produced and you will receive relevant feedback
• All queries and maintenance matters raised by you or the tenants will be managed efficiently on your behalf
•  We have established relationships with reliable, trustworthy trades and local businesses and you will have access to these, at discounted rates, to support with the smooth running of your tenancy
• Any matters arising throughout the tenancy, including the renewal periods, will be managed by us and we can offer valuable advice at all stages
• The end of tenancy will be managed; at this stage the final inspection and any deposit arrangements will be completed by us and the property can be prepared for the new tenancy at the relevant times
