    The Stratford-upon-Avon branch is a recent addition to the Hamptons international network, where we are very proud to offer a double fronted office positioned on Union Street in the centre of the town. We have a superb selection of properties to offer from town houses and large family homes to period country houses with land. Our properties are located in and around the Stratford area connecting to our neighbouring offices; within fifteen minutes you can be in some of the prettiest villages in The Cotswolds whilst to the north lies the towns of Warwick and Leamington Spa. We have properties available throughout this area, to meet every buyers requirements.

    Stratford-upon-Avon is an ancient market town primarily made famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare on 23rd April 1564. The town and surrounding villages of South Warwickshire have their own distinctive vernacular architecture that clearly defines the development of the area through the ages.

    Stratford is a cultural place with excellent amenities. There are a great many quality restaurants, public houses and dining pubs, not to mention the iconic RSC in its picturesque river side location, all within walking distance. There are state, private and grammar schools in the area to suit most requirements, including Stratford Prep School, The Croft Prep school, Warwick Prep and Public Schools, Shottery School for Girls and Stratford Grammar School.

    The M40, junction 15, is seven miles away and provides access to Birmingham to the North, London to the South and the National Motorway Network.
