      · OBTAINING FEEDBACK - To ensure your property sale is headed the right way.

      · VIEWINGS - If the property is vacant, we will carry out viewing's early mornings, late evenings and weekends, ensuring that everyone who wants to view your property, views it!

      - NEGOTIATING - Getting you the best offer possible!

      · LIAISING WITH SOLICITORS - We will engage with both solicitors from each party, asking for and obtaining updates when necessary.

      What our fee does not cover:
