      What brings buyers to Farnborough?

      Farnborough is popular with commuters, investors and with those living already in Farnborough, upsizing and downsizing within the area.

      One of the key appeals of Farnborough is the comparative value for money in the area compared with neighbouring parts of Berkshire and Surrey. This, teamed with offering superb commuting connections at Farnborough Mainline rail station and North Camp train station with direct routes to London, and strong road links on the A331, A325 and M3, makes the town a hotspot for families and young professionals.

      The town also has excellent education facilities for all ages from nursery through to the Farnborough Sixth Form College and Farnborough College of Technology.

      Farnborough contains a variety of property, something for everyone. Farnborough Park and Empress Park are two of the more prestigious areas in the town with large individual homes. Southwood is one of the newer estates, popular with those working in nearby Southwood Business Park: part of Farnborough's ongoing growth and diversification as a business centre. 

      South Farnborough is the older part of the town, characterised by an abundance of Victorian and character property.
