    Justin Smith, Branch Manager

    Justin Smith has been in the property industry for over 20 years and has worked his way up through the estate agency ranks by sticking to what he feels is most relevant in estate agency; excellent customer service, hardworking ethics and never say 'that can't be done' approach.

    Justin started he's career working with corporate estate agencies but felt more passionate than ever about selling houses when he started his independent career with Mackenzie Smith back in 1994.

    Justin has been managing the Hook branch for 10 years and has built up a superb relationship with the local residents and business in and around Hook and the surrounding Villages.

    Simon Dredge, Assistant Branch Manager

    Simon Dredge joined Mackenzie Smith in 2007 following a successful Product Marketing career. Despite the fact that he had studied hard to gain a Marketing Degree and was happy within the Marketing arena, Simon was keen to change career path and find a new challenge.

    As he had an interest in property and enjoyed meeting new people, a move to estate agency was the obvious choice. Simon plunged himself into Estate Agency and had a very enthusiastic appetite to learn very quickly. That enthusiasm still sticks with him today as he finds working for Mackenzie Smith brings great challenges and a real sense of achievement. 

    "I love being an estate agent in Hook as I grew up here and attended the local schools so I know the area extremely well. It's great to have a real understanding of the Hook community and how the Village has evolved over the last 20 years".

    Outside of work I Simon is passionate about two things; Alpine skiing and Mountain biking. "I like to push myself in both sports and am always looking for the next bigger and better challenge!"
