    Darren has over 25 years estate agency experience in Plymouth. Having joined Mansbridge & Balment (Plymouth) Ltd to facilitate the company's expansion into Plymouth in 2003, Darren became Managing Director in 2008. A self confessed "sports nut", Darren is married with two boys and enjoys spending the summer weekends on the beach with his family. A licensed estate agent who is CRB checked, Darren sits on a number of community committees and is a member of The Plymouth Area Business Council.

    Chris joined Mansbridge Balment in late 2013 as a trainee negotiator based in the North Plymouth office. He has since completed a comprehensive training course which has provided him with a wealth of experience covering all aspects of estate agency and a National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Technical Award qualification in residential sales. Chris has previous sales experience with a national kitchen and bathroom retailer, but is thrilled to have made the move to property sales.     Ann Hall - Sales Progressor
    Ann describes herself as a down to earth northerner with a sense of humour, migrating to Plymouth in 1999 with a milestone birthday in 2016. The vast majority of working life having been based within solicitors offices, latterly as a conveyancing secretary, Ann's well placed in her role as sales progressor, having a good understanding of the conveyancing process and also the highs and lows experienced by the sellers and buyers involved, having experienced several moves and a relocation herself.
