      We asked three agents to visit and give a valuation. Dan Bryant stood out from the rest with his enthusiasm for the property we were selling and explained thoroughly what his agency would commit to in the promotion and selling process.       The property I was selling belonged to my father, now in a nursing home and my mother, recently deceased, and was vacant at the time.
