    Oliver grew up in Kenilworth and has spent over 30 years practising in residential sales and lettings since leaving school. Having gained his Certificate of Practice from the College of Estate Management, he went on to achieve further qualifications from both the National Association of Estate Agents for residential sales and ALRA for residential lettings, Oliver was one of the youngest members to be admitted to the Fellowship of the NAEA and is also a Fellow of ARLA. Oliver lives in Warwick with his wife and family.

    Andrew Goldie, MRICS

    Director.

    Andrew has been resident in South Warwickshire for over 28 years and currently lives in Kenilworth. He qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and brings much needed expertise to the practice in the area of residential surveys, agricultural work, compensation matters, probate work, together with other specialist valuation consultancy. Andrew joined the practice in 2008 and plays a valuable part in taking Margetts forward into the future.

    Roger Wyatt, BSc. (Agric.) FRICS FAAV

    Director.

    Roger was born into a local farming family, attended Warwick School and gained a degree in agriculture at Reading University. His early career was in farming and he later qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the Land Agency and Agricultural Division of the RICS. He has worked as a partner in this practice since 1976. Roger has served as an Arbitrator on the Lord Chancellor's Panel and held the post of Clerk & Receiver to the King Henry VIII Endowed Trust, Warwick for 12 years and continues as Agricultural Agent to the Trustees. He remains an active partner in the practice of Margetts.

    Barbara was born in Warwick and has worked at Margetts since 1988 as Roger's secretary and P.A. Barbara has worked alongside Roger, and latterly Andrew Goldie, in the agricultural department of the practice, gaining experience in all aspects of this type of work.
